MERO GUIRGUIS

Chair

For most of his career, Mero Guirguis helped companies grow. As the leader of Point B's Strategy Consulting Practice, he partnered with C-suite teams on market strategy, innovation pipelines, and business model transformation. Over the course of his career, he's worked with leaders across 50+ organizations and 30 industries — and learned that the best breakthroughs don't come from having all the answers, but from asking the right questions.

But the question that kept surfacing wasn't how do we grow? — it was what are we growing toward?

That question led Mero to C12, where he now serves as a Chair in Chicago, guiding Christian CEOs and business owners who want their companies to be vehicles for something greater. It's a role that brings together everything he's built — the strategic experience, the curiosity that drives him to go deeper with every leader he works with, and a faith he's lived out as an elder at Trinity Community Church and as the former leader of 222 Foundation, a Christian nonprofit ministry.

Mero holds a BA from the University of Chicago in Politics, Economics, Rhetoric and Law, and has collaborated with leaders from MIT, Harvard, Stanford, Kellogg, and UChicago. He lives in Barrington, IL with his wife, Thay.

"Count it all joy, my brothers, when you meet trials of various kinds, for you know that the testing of your faith produces steadfastness." — James 1:2-4
