TOM FRAIN
Chair
Tom Frain serves as a Chair for the C12 Business Forums in Northwest Indiana. C12 is the world’s largest peer-learning organization for Christian CEOs, business owners, and executives, serving 4,000 members throughout the United States and internationally.
Prior to joining C12, Tom served as Owner in Duneland Landscape, a regional leader in the landscape industry, responsible for operations and managing larger construction jobs, two million dollars in sales and 16 employees. Under his leadership the company grew during the 2008 financial crisis and Covid-19 years. Tom’s background also includes experience in freight transportation from working with Yellow Freight prior to starting his company. Throughout Tom’s career, he has been a sought-after coach and mentor in the landscape industry.
Additionally, Tom has served on the board of various non-profit organizations including Jacobs Ladder Pediatric Rehab, YMCA of Portage, NWI Landscape Association, Portage Christian School and Living Hope Church. Tom lives in Union Mills IN with his wife Jacqueline. They have 4 children, Thomas III (TJ), Jessilyn, Mique, Gabriel and 3 grandchildren.
