It can be lonely at the top

C12 Chicago Northwest brings together Christian business leaders to grow in faith and business. We meet monthly for peer advisory groups, one-on-one coaching, and community-building with families.

  • Once a month, we take one day to step away from our business and meet around the table in groups of 10-12 business leaders. Together, we study MBA-Level Curriculum on topics that are relevant and challenging to our leadership. We ask hard questions, we pray for each other and we share life together.

  • Each member sits down for a one-on-one coaching session with their C12 Chair every month. This is a great opportunity to discuss pressing issues in your business and receive real-time guidance and accountability from a leader who is like-minded and has your best interest at heart.

  • Leadership can be lonely, but it does not have to be. Outside of our monthly groups we have opportunities for community building with family picnics, special events, dinners and retreats.
